Ms Patricia Kosmider

Ms Patricia Kosmider is a graduate in Peace, Security and International Law from the School of Security Studies at King’s College London, where she specialised in international law and diplomacy. She joins London Dialogue as an Assistant Researcher, bringing focused expertise in conflict resolution, foreign policy analysis, and the legal and diplomatic dimensions of contemporary international security. Her research centres on the politics of the Middle East, with particular emphasis on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, the dynamics of protracted conflict, and the role of external mediation in peace processes. She has conducted in-depth research on United States mediation strategies during the 2000 Camp David Summit, examining the complexities of high-level negotiations and the foreign policy considerations that shape and constrain diplomatic engagement. Ms Kosmider’s broader expertise spans the intersection of international law and geopolitics, with a consistent focus on producing rigorous, policy-relevant analysis of pressing international issues. At London Dialogue, she will contribute to the institute’s research programmes, bringing a grounded understanding of how legal frameworks and diplomatic mechanisms interact with the political realities of conflict and peacebuilding.
