Mir Sher Baz Khetran | Affiliate Researcher London Dialogue 

Mir Sher Baz Khetran is a Research Fellow at the Institute of Strategic Studies Islamabad (ISSI), where he has been serving since 2009. He holds an MSc in Political Studies from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, and also earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree. With over a decade of experience in strategic and policy research, he has made significant contributions to the study of Pakistan’s internal security and regional geopolitics. He is the author of Crisis in Balochistan: A Way Forward and has published extensively on issues related to Balochistan, Central Asia, security, and regional affairs through ISSI’s research publications and other academic platforms. His research interests include conflict dynamics, regional connectivity, border security, and the geopolitical developments shaping South and Central Asia. As an Affiliate Researcher at London Dialogue, he contributes to research on regional security, strategic affairs, and foreign policy.
