Dr Zenobia Homan is a Senior Research Fellow and Programme Manager in the School of Security Studies at King’s College London, where she designs and delivers specialist training on chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) security. She coordinates the UK Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) Nuclear Security Capacity Building Programme (NSCBP) and is the founder of the King’s EVIDENCE Network, established to counter CBRN disinformation and misinformation.

Dr Homan’s current work sits at the intersection of strategic communication, security pedagogy, governance in conflict contexts, and emerging technological threats. Her research and practice bring both analytical depth and operational relevance to some of the most complex challenges in contemporary security, making her a valued member of London Dialogue’s Advisory Board.
